Sight and Sound magazine is published by the British Film Institute (BFI) monthly.
The British Film Institute is the government backed lead agency for film in the UK, founded in 2000. They ensure that the economic, cultural and educational aspects of film are effectively represented at home and abroad. Their key aim is to promote the UK film industry abroad. The support from the British Film Institute helps develop new film makers, fund exciting new British films and gets a wider choice of films to audiences throughout the UK.
